2. Product Accuracy & Handcrafted Nature

Unique Variations: Since we deal in genuine leather, slight variations in color, texture, and natural markings are expected and are not considered defects.
Display: We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will reflect the exact color of the item.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there are errors in pricing/stock information.
Payment: All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional verification may be required via WhatsApp.
Inaccuracies: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Kairo Leather is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kairo Leather shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of any of our products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in India.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
