Shipping Policy

At Kairo Leather, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted leather goods in a timely and secure manner. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely across India and beyond.

1. Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Since these items are handcrafted specifically for you, they may take 7–10 business days to dispatch.
Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metros & Major Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Remote Locations: 7–12 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our website banner).
COD (Cash on Delivery): A nominal convenience fee may apply to all COD orders to cover additional handling costs.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email containing:

The name of the courier partner.
Your unique Tracking ID.
A link to track your package in real-time.

5. Incorrect Information & Undelivered Packages

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Kairo Leather is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us because the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply for re-sending the order.

6. Damage During Transit

While we pack our leather goods with extreme care, if you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
